WIPS are by default provided to you otherwise you tell me not to.
With WIPS/How the commission workflow usually it goes:You provide details → I provide Sketch → Revisions → Updates (Ex. How the lineart looks, colors) → Final render WIP → Final piece. If you’d like extra check-ins, let me know in advance!Final files are delivered as PNGs (transparent if requested). GIFs for animated commissions. Sizes are usually determined by me and they're already at a higher pixel dimension, but if you need any specific sizes please let me know beforehand.✦✦🌴 Work Hours 🌴✦

You may request up to 2 major adjustments during the sketch stage.
Changes that are requested after approved sketch might come with an additional fee.
Small edits after the final piece (color tweaks or tiny fixes) are okay. Major adjustments after completion may cost extra.

Completion time varies depending on my queue and schedule — typically anywhere from a week or two, and it is depending on what type of commission, and the complexity that it has. Please be patient! 🙏

If you need something on a tight deadline, a rush fee may apply based on how urgent it is. Please let me know of this, and we can discuss!

Full payment is required upfront. This protects me as an artist as I'd like to prevent scams from happening.
I also do not take payment plans or any of the sort.
Any complex/detailed designs may require an extra fee depending on complexity.

- Refunds are NOT available once I’ve begun the sketch!
- If I’m unable to finish the commission for any reason, you’re eligible for a 50% refund if the piece was already in progress.
- If you cancel before I’ve started working on it, you’ll receive a full refund!✦✦✦

2. Character References
Please attach a reference image of the character you want me to draw.
If you don’t have one, a few reference image boards and a written description is totally fine.
Reference sheets are especially appreciated if you have them!

3. Scene, Mood/Vibe, and BackgroundTell me:
The mood or vibe of the piece
What the character(s) are doing or their pose, expressions
Background details like setting, time of day, etc. or any details to look for.Feel free to be as detailed as you want and include references if needed. Go wild! It'll make it easier for me to figure out!✨

4. Pricing And Payment
Once I have all the details from you, I’ll calculate the price and confirm it with you along with a clear breakdown of your order.
After we agree on the final price, I’ll send you my PayPal.me link to pay, or if you're on Ko-fi, this should be done alreadyWhen paying on PayPal, please try to not include a shipping address if possible, since this is a digital commission only. If that option can’t be removed somehow, no worries, I’ll handle it on my end! c:

5. Work In Progress & Revisions
I’ll send you WIPs so you can request revisions.
Please note: Any major changes requested after the sketch stage may require an additional fee, so it’s best to mention fixes early on.My workflow is like this:

6. Final Delivery
